ABOUT US!

Mamma Made was formed from the vision and collaboration of Rachel, Megan, Elin, and Melissa, the four women of the band, The Danielson Famile (www.danielson.info).
Our unique style, love of the arts, and more importantly, love of children, inspired us to start this company.  Our goal and focus is to merge quality materials, impeccable workmanship, and a unique design in order to provide people with clothing that will last as well as be a topic of conversation.

Rachel Galloway

Rachel was trained working for the Professional Theatre Program in Newark, Delaware.  She continued her career sewing for the San Diego Opera, The Repertory Theatre and Lambs Players Theatre in San Diego.

Megan Slaboda

Megan was trained at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and has over seven years of fashion experience in the industry.  She has worked for top design companies such as Geoffery Beene, New York and Company, Talbots, and Kenneth Cole.

Elin K. Smith

Elin, a native Norweigan,  grew up knitting and creating.  She inherited her mother's incredible gifts for knitting garments to perfection without the use of a pattern.

Melissa Palladino

Melissa is an experienced knitter with an innovative spirit behind her classic designs.  She focuses on natural colors and organic materials in her pieces.
